lol we fucked him up pretty bad With Freeney out injured, or at least I assume he is, I think that's a real plus towards the Saints. I feel as though the Saints Pass D gets a little underrated because of the past, but I think if we can force a few TO's, then we have a really good shot at winning. I'm from New Orleans so I'm obviously pulling for the Saints, just hope it's a good game and a win for the Saints

Congrats to The Saints. WHO DAT!? well, 'dat' is the superbowl champs. It was a fun game, the pick-six pretty much sealed the deal.

Reggie Wayne played his worst game at the worst time you can do so.
They're were at least 2 catches that hit him right in his hands, and then that pick. He ran that route so bad.
The Saints played great in the 2nd half. Made key plays when the needed too, the onside kick to open the half was huge and Brees played phenomenal.
Congrats to the city of New Orleans. You guys deserve this SB.

My favorite commercial of all time. It captures why we fans love the NFL so much.

It's been a little while since I've updated it, plus I haven't been watching a whole lot of ESPN. Once football season is over, I go into hibernation until September rolls around.
Anyway, here's random bits of news I can think of:
- McNabb to the Raiders? Seems so. Which doesn't really sound that crazy. He's in his last year of his contract, the Eagles have been looking to groom someone for awhile now, which looks like it could be Kevin Kolb, and Vick isn't going to stay unless he's going to start, which doesn't seem likely for the time being. They have a young receiving core and a pretty good RB in McCoy. The defense needs help though. Which should be they're main focus this offseason. Plus, with the Raiders willing to trade Asomugha, that's a big plus for the defense. This is more than likely going to happen.
- Julius Peppers to the Bears. Great Move. If Urlacher isn't injury prone this season like he has been these past couple, that's a pretty good looking defense. But, they need to get Cutler some weapons on offense. Bad.
And that's all I can remember. I'm sure they're were some deals that were talked about, but I can't remember them.

Donavan McNabb got traded to the Washington Redskins for a Second Round Pick (37th Pick) in this year's draft and a third or fourth round pick in next year's draft.
How did Jason Campbell, the Redskins current starting QB, take the news? Not too well because he didn't even know about it. John Keim of the Washington Examiner broke the news to him in a telephone call:
Keim: Did you hear about what happened? Jason: What? Keim: The Redskins traded for Donovan. Jason: Really? Umm... I didn't know that, man. Keim: I'm sorry I had to be the one who told you. I can't believe they didn't tell you. Jason: No, that's the first I heard of it. ... I'd better go call my agent.
Dick move. Plain and simple.

Thursday Night!
My draft board is just completely interchangeable at this point. I thought I had Picks 1-3 locked, but with Bradford not signing a deal before the draft, it's still up in the air. This could just like the one a couple of years ago when everyone thought the Texans would pick up Reggie Bush, but got Mario Williams. I have that same feeling with Rams getting Suh instead of a QB.
All in all, it's still going to be a fun night. I can't wait.

Is anyone here watching ESPN's 30 for 30 series?
I know SSP and I chatted about it a couple of times, I think, but I wanna know if anyone else here is.
If you've haven't, you're missing out on some really outstanding documentaries on various sports and subjects.
Here's a trailer of what it's all about if you don't know:
I urge not only sports fans, but fans of documentaries to watch at least one installment.
I think you will enjoy it.

I saw the "June 17th, 1994" one about O.J. Simpson and the huge number of sporting events that happened on that date and it was fabulous. I'm very much looking forward to the next one, I think it's called "The Two Escobars", although I could be wrong.

I saw the "June 17th, 1994" one about O.J. Simpson and the huge number of sporting events that happened on that date and it was fabulous. I'm very much looking forward to the next one, I think it's called "The Two Escobars", although I could be wrong. That was a great episode. I didn't know so many things happened on that day. The NBA Finals between the Rockets/Knicks, Arnold Palmer's final round in the U.S Open, The New York Rangers Stanley Cup celebration, the FIFA World Cup opening games were completely overshadowed with the O.J Simpson ordeal. But, to have so many significant events happen in one day is just surreal. You are right Curbside, "The Two Escobars" is the next episode. It's comes out on Wednesday. I believe it's going to be shown on ESPN2 if the World Cup isn't on ESPN that day. Here are some trailers/intros from some of my favorite episodes; maybe it'll get people watching them: "No Crossover: The Trial of Allen Iverson" "Kings Ransom"*I know it's a long clip, but fast forward to 5:27 and watch until 7:27. I think you'll get the story right then and there* "The Band That Wouldn't Die""Muhammad and Larry""The U""Without Bias""Winning Time: Reggie Miller vs. The New York Knicks""Run Ricky Run""The 16th Man"
