Came across this great tribute WWE put out back in 2006 for Edge, which actually got me a bit emotional, just for the fact of the great place the company was in, the roster was stacked and at it's most memorable, rock and metal was in the mainstream, the internet wasn't filled with complaining and negativity on wrestling, just a great time I believe to look back at. I'm sure most of you guys here experienced this era better that me at the age of 5, lol. But, it's just a great video and reminds me of a time I wish could mix with today's world.

I was 20 in 2006, and I can assure you that you are looking back at those days through some very rose colored glasses. But that's ok. It's probably the same way I remember 1992.

Yeah, I don't doubt that there wasn't perfection in 2006 or any time period. I guess it's from being a kid and reflecting on times you were fond of and felt were better as things in life happen.

I was like 12 can't remember most of what happened during that period just remember being fond of the Legend Killer gimmick and being sick of "And Cena kicks out at 2... Cena wins again"

AD, Reed, and myself have been singing the praises of the Letterboxd app for the few months and how it has reinvigorated our love of movies. Well, there is now a Letterboxd for wrestling called “Grappl.” It allows you to log and rate any wrestling match or program that you watch. You can also follow friends or wrestling personalities and see their ratings. It’s free in the App Store.
If anyone is interested, I’m BJSmithPhoto on the app.
