RevInduction by Durty530Through my run here at the MVZone, there are a handful of people that can say they were here from the time I made my first competition video at Lethal Lottery 2 and were here to see my last competition video at last years Vidmas. Although only one person can say they were there for all of the inside looks, frustration, and idea planing that went into each video since 2011 and that person is Revolution. One hilarious example of this is from the build up to As Seen On MV 2013. As everyone knows by now Rev is good friends with myself and ltownbob, and at the time we both spoke to him on aim quite a bit, most of the time we would be having conversations at the same time. From the bickering and trash talk you all saw publicly leading up to that match was little to what Rev hilariously got stuck in the middle of. From me shit talking Bob and telling him to send it to the man, to the both of us sending him previews of what we were making. It must have been a fun time for him to be in the middle of all of that. I could go on and on about countless stories and good times with Rev and the MVZ Kliq but, Rev is known for much more than that. He's one of the few “classic” MVZone members who still lives up to the editing standards of today. He's faced almost everyone you can think of past and present, been in multiple main events, and has won multiple championships here by himself and with his also hall of fame worthy tag team partner Jroc. His contributions to the forum didn't only stop there as an editor but, he also has a big role in the BC. Being a major role in booking multiple successful events and matches through the years. It's quite crazy to see somebody like Rev still at the top of his game here in 2015 after all of the years he put in to help this forum stay successful. With all that said, I'm honored to induct Rev into the MVZone Hall of Fame class of 2015, as well as honored to be the first “Revolution Guy”.

Damn Durt. Such kind words. Got me feeling like. Its really dope to be inducted HOF. Never really thought I deserved to be in here amongst the ranks of everyone thats already in it. I'm just a dude that had a lot of time on his hands during high school and college, that found a lot fun in editing a bunch of half-naked dudes fake wrestling, while later being able to try and string together some decent looking cards. I'm not as active as I was in the last 5 years, but I'm still lurking in the shadows. Really want to thank a handful of people. Beej, for letting me take over booking duties when you needed a break from this shit. Awesome Dude, for being my first champ to book around as well as providing a different (and definitely better) perspective on booking. MVMafia and Zee, for helping me out a great deal on booking duties and having the funniest rivalry for me and J-Roc. The MVZ Kliq: J-Roc, for being the best tag partner and homie, and for getting me into battle rap. Sno' that; Durty530, for being the second champ I got to book around, all the pre's he's shown me throughout the years, and for all the random AIM shit we talk about; Ben, for letting me crack all the Sin Cara jokes I've ever made; and VyperJMC, for all the stuff I can't ever mention to anyone ever. Mando too, for all the football talk we've had and being a cool dude to talk to. Ltownbob, for allowing me into his editing process for some of the greatest MV's ever made and for introducing me to some really, really great TV shows. Shoutsout to CV! And most importantly, thank you to Pick, for being you. Everyone else I missed can SUCK IT. Ha, just realized I made it to the MVZ Hall of Fame before Maynard! #FUCKPEANUT.

I don't think I've told this story before but the first time I ever talked to Rev I was insanely nervous. I don't know why it took so long to reach out to him, but if I had to put a guess it was because I didn't really talk to the editors as much during the early part of my time here at the MVZ.
It was my perception that they were better than to talk to someone who mainly stuck to the VG/Tech sub-section of the site so I never really reached out to talk to the guys who were really pulling the weight and making the site what it is today. Then I started to talk to Eric (who was the first person I ever contacted that was a major player around here so in a way...he was my first) and started up a friendship that lasts to this very day. Then came the day I had to ask Rev something (forgot what it was) and the rest is history. We became friends here, on XBL, & on Facebook (which is when you KNOW you are really friends ;) ).
Congratulations Rev. This day was going to come eventually, and I'm glad it happened when I got inducted as well so now we can party like it's 1989!
