A few thoughts on The End (since I didn't watch it until tonight):
Probably not the best idea to debut Andrade "Cien" Almas (a name I just can't get used to saying) at Full Sail against Tye Dillinger, since Dillinger is already super over with that audience. Made the "wrong guy" look like the star of that match.
Revival vs Alpha was my favorite match of the show. I could watch those teams wrestle each other over and over. I love how they incorporate all the old school tag spots into modern style matches. It's like watching The Fantastics wrestle Arn and Tully in 2016 without feeling antiquated in any way.
Aries vs Nakamura was great, too. But that's not news.
The dirty little secret about cage matches is that, despite the mystique of the gimmick, the match itself would usually be better without the cage getting in the way, and Joe vs Balor was no exception. Still a good match, though. And watching Joe in NXT keeps making me realize more and more that TNA's handling of him for the majority of his time there was a crime against humanity. And if WWE never books him against Brock Lesnar it will also be a crime against humanity.

They're supposed to be the culmination of a heated feud, where two guys need to be locked in a confined space & forced to confront each other without any outside interference. But what happens? They spend the match trying to get away from each other by climbing over the top or going through the door (I always hated leaving through the door as a way to win). And the cage never prevents interference. Also, UFC is doing Brock vs Samoa Joe next month.

well, his debut will most likely be a banger but then again, what happens after the "big debut"? If NXT can't even handle his character, how do you expect the main roster geniuses to handle it? I just hope that Vince really likes him and makes sure that the "demon" gimmick gets protected. But NXT has handled it.... They even explained all it is, is a mindset change. Y'all gotta nit pick anything cool huh? lol They can explain all they want, but I'm not seeing it. If you're gonna say that his mindset changes then I want to see how it changes. He's literally the same guy with or without body paint, so why even bother putting him in it? The only reason it works in NXT is because NXT crowds are filled with smarks who eat everything up that NXT gives them. That's why people like Bo Dallas or Tyler Breeze worked in NXT, but not on the main roster. Same with a guy like No Way Jose. Maybe it's just me on that but I think Balor should have never lost as the demon. That way it would be a legit challenge for anyone stepping up to face him on a PPV. I initially thought the reason why they let Joe beat him at the house show was so that they could protect the demon from being defeated but I guess not. Now "the demon" is just a marketing thing and that's a shame, to me at least. and that's legit the only thing I'm nitpicking on at the moment, so you can blame the rest on others lol

Again in my opinion, another really good show by WWE. The opening Fatal 4 way tag match was good, some sloppy spots but still really enjoyable. AJ/Cena was MOTN imo, really great match only things I didn't like about it was that awful Ref Bump towards the end really took me out of the match. The MITB match was great, Great effort by everyone involved. Was kinda bumbed that Owens didn't win but by the end of the night that changed. And the Main Event was great, A nice slow old style main event that was just great. Was surprised Rollins won CLEAN against Roman and then Ambrose cashing it in was great.
Again imo another really good PPV from WWE. WWE your on a roll please continue, dont fuck it up like you usually do.

that michinoku driver on the side of the ladder was one of the most mental things I've seen in a while.
And even though this whole Ambrose thing is very exciting and I'm really happy for him.. if it was up to me, I would have saved that cash in for the Rumble or even Fastlane. That way you could have perfectly built a Shield triple threat to main event Mania 33, with Rollins winning the rumble and Ambrose cashing in right before Mania. I guess they have bigger plans in mind for mania if they book the shield triple threat now.
Nevertheless, it was a good PPV but I'd still say that 2011 was "the greatest MITB PPV of all time" as they hyped it.
