I can think of no greater metaphor for this type of wrestling. Sets self on fire, blows the move.

I can think of no greater metaphor for this type of wrestling. Sets self on fire, blows the move. See what happened here is he purposely dived the because it was too cold or dived on the Invisible man. Now that's some next level in ring psychology.

Hard cam only NJPW shows. The fact that their camera angles and cinematography on the big shows are so great only make these hard cam shows harder to watch.

Hard cam only NJPW shows. The fact that their camera angles and cinematography on the big shows are so great only make these hard cam shows harder to watch. Two things I find double-frustrating about these shows. 1. They clearly do have handheld cameras at ringside. They just don't use them until they absolutely have two (like when the wrestlers go into the crowd). All it would take is just a few more hours in the editing room to find the right angles for high spots and the like. 2. The high end talent in the Junior division is every bit as good as the heavyweights right now. If they put the same effort into producing the BOSJ shows that they do for G1 the fans would see them as stars of equal importance.

Tower of Doom spots totally breaks the flow of the match in most cases in my opinion and just looks like a random oh let's try and get the crowd to pop thing.

When a wrestler sells great the entire match, staying down for a while after every big move, but when the opponent hits a really big finisher but is too tired to cover, the wrestler just starts to get up a little bit instead of staying down even longer. The best example of this is...(Dominion Spoilers) The last Omega/Okada match when Omega hit a snap One Winged Angel, but Okada immediately started to use the ropes to prop himself up instead of staying down at least 3 seconds to sell that fact that if Omega wasn't too tired to cover him, he would have won then and there.

Here are some of mine: - When a wrestler debuts a new finisher, old one suddenly doesn't work - Wrestlers with open eyes or looking at ref during pinfall - Wrestlers not moving or trying to kick out while they are being rolled up - Moves to the head being sold with holding head and rolling around - Kicking out of moves that land someone on the head and then winning with lamer move (especially when someone kicks out of piledriver) - Anything Michael Cole - American tag team matches can't end before everyone does their finisher while all of them are in the ring - Not selling limb work - NJPW's huge text during promos
