Since most of everyone here make videos with different movies and TV shows, can someone help me out with a good place to be able to download some shows and movies. I've been wanting to try out some new editing media and here seems like the best place to ask for some help.

I use torrents mostly. Occasionally I use a lot of YouTube media. My last video was a ton of YouTube rips just because of the sheer variety of footage I needed.

Not very familiar with torrents. Tried using them and never got into them or understood them. Plus, I downloaded one thing from a torrent and, since I'm on a Mac, I guess, I didn't work with the file type. Are there any sites that have download links or easy to put into downloaders?

If you wanna go non-torrent, the best option on Mac is to use Putlocker and a chrome extension called "Video Downloader Professional". Here's a video that shows you what to do. I've only done it a couple times, and I did it before the still ongoing end to all the putlocker sites. There's a lot of sites you can use the extension with, but most result in a 400 or 404 bad request, but the sites working now are www1.putlockerr.is/ and www.putlockerhd.download/.
