Once again, I will be within 10 rows of ringside, at the HOF, Axxess, and within 5 rows of ringside at the next night's Raw!

Just some new headphones, I always seem to break them sooner or later.

My birthday was the other day, and here's what I got: - 2 big bottles of Corona - A dozen chocolate chip cupcakes - A The Who t-shirt (can't find a picture online) - A PizzApartment (makes storing leftover pizza in the fridge more convenient) - A $9 six pack of pecan flavored ale (wasn't that great, but because of the price, I drank it all on general principal) - "The Beatles (White Album)" (I already had it, but it's one of my favorites, so I wanted to own the best version of it) and finally, this jacket: Hurrah! Twas a good day.

Good work! I also picked up the Rossellini set during the sale. I'd list my total purchases, but I wouldn't be able to do so without feeling ashamed... i'd been saving for months . Oh well, Criterion shopping only needs to happen twice a year as long as these keep up!

One should never feel ashamed of their Criterion purchases, no matter how exorbitant.
I agree, too, that there's only a need to purchase Criterion's twice a year.

Well then... All purchased in store, used a $5 off coupon on each (in addition to member discount), plus a few $5 off $50 coupons. Additionally, I purchased everything with gift cards that I bought over the last few months from third hand stores (plasticjungle.com, for instance, often sells B&N cards that'll give you 10% off (i.e. $135 for a $150 card). On blu: 8 1/2 (sold old copy, upgraded to blu) Bigger Than Life Black Narcissus (sold old copy, upgraded to blu) Che Close-Up Days of Heaven Everlasting Moments Hunger Kagemusha The Last Metro (sold old copy, upgraded to blu) The Leopard The Man Who Fell to Earth Mystery Train Paris, Texas Red Desert The Red Shoes (sold old copy, upgraded to blu) Revanche The Secret of the Grain Stagecoach Summer Hours Vivre Sa Vie Walkabout Wings of Desire Yojimbo/Sanjuro Box sets: Eclipse Series 07: Postwar Kurosawa Eclipse Series 08: Lubitsch Musicals Eclipse Series 18: Dusan Makavejev Free Radical Eclipse Series 19: Chantal Akerman in the Seventies Rossellini's War Trilogy Counting all of the discounts through gift cards and coupons, I just broke $400. I didn't do quite as much damage as this poster on Mubi.com, though!

WOW! You came away with some great picks, but that other guy... just wow.
I hope to slowly build my Criterion collection over the years. At this point, it's respectable but not even close to what I wish I had.
