GTA: Chinatown Wars on Nintendo DS.
I actually enjoy this more than GTA 4.

I think this should actually be "What Are You Playing Right Now: PART 4!"

I think this should actually be "What Are You Playing Right Now: PART 4!" Is it Part 4?! Jeez. I was just going by how many times the boards have switched. It's happened 3 times right?

Yeah, but we lost the 2nd thread on the 2nd board when they got all fucked up... so a 3rd was made. That makes this the 4th.

Battlefield 1943, impatiently waiting for BC2 so am playing this instead. Might try out Demon's Souls, MAG, or CoD 4 (again, MW2 is getting annoying) soon. Has anyone played Demon's Souls hear and if you have can you tell me how hard it is because I don't want it to be hard to the point I'll be throwing my controller. I can handle strategic and precise gameplay, just not bullshit where the game wants you to die by throwing unfair oponents at you.

I just finish demon's souls this week..and i bought it when it came out late last year. it doesnt throw you cheap enemies...but it does not give you any room for error. ANY. the angle you hit an enemy, your equipment, your stats, everything counts in EVERY battle, there are zero full on battles that you can hack through. The main problem is that your sent back to the beginning of the level when you die, with all your collected souls gone, and health bar cut in half. Thats what makes it controller throwing-hard, and incredibly rewarding to finish. Its hard as fuck, but not cheap whatsoever.

Thanks guys, I think I'm going to rent it out from Gamefly. Right now it's at "medium" availability, so hopefully I get it. Let's see if I end up with any broken controllers before this one is done

Rented Bioshock 2 last week. Story isn't as good as the first one, but the ending is touching. Gameplay is still really good. Multiplayer is complete balls... which is a shame cause when the first one came out I thought multiplayer in the Bioshock universe would have been awesome. I'll just blame it on the new developers.

Started playing Fire Pro Wrestling Returns again yesterday. I don't know what gave me the sudden urge to, but i'm sure i'll be hooked for a week or so before discarding it again.
I bought one of those MAX cards a year ago so I could download saves, and i've filled up all 500 slots with CAWs. I've had such classics as Bruiser Brody vs. Fire Ant.
So, I decided it'd be fun to do a 4 vs. 4 tag with Mideon, Viscera, Bradshaw, and Farooq (controlled by me) vs. Rikishi, Grandmaster Sexay, Scotty 2 Hotty, and The Godfather (the computer). The fucking thing lasted 77:37 in game time.
Eventually, the computer stopped tagging out and played as Grandmaster for the bulk of the match. Fucking guy was invincible! Hit him with finishers repeatedly by all four members of my team, hit him with chairshots, and he'd either kick out at two or get saved by his teammates. Finally, as I was getting restless, I had Bradshaw put him in a chinlock and he tapped immediately. I normally hate not having a good finish in wrestling games... but, fuck, the guy would not stay down.

So I've been playing Crash Bandicoot 2 non-stop for the past 2 weeks. Got 72% of the gems including 4 colored gems.

I normally hate not having a good finish in wrestling games... but, fuck, the guy would not stay down. Spent sooooo much money getting an imported copy from Italy (the only place it's available for Region 2 PS2's) and then soooo much time importing and editing CAW's and literally played the actual game for a few hours. BIOSHOCK 2. Took me 4 days to open the game as I was busy and moving bedrooms but when I eventually got round to it I had a great time. Story was once again solid and once again retained the Half Life narrative style. Really liked doing and seeing things (Gathering etc) from the other perspective this time around. It was nice to be back in Rapture but I think it's time for the dev team to move the 3rd (as a Big Sister?) into new territory or at least a vastly different uncharted area of Rapture. Got most of the trophies on the first run through and i'm contemplating another play-though on Hard. Saying that I really don't want the aura of the Big Daddy getting ruined by constantly getting killed by a random splicer with a wrench.

Heavy Rain just renewed my faith in Video Games being considered an art form up there with movies. It's really something when even I sit down and finish a game in a day. It really gets you thinking about your own morality and, there's something that just grips you when you're having to pump the sixaxis controller up and down to perform CPR on your dying son . I thought it was odd when the director of the game said he wanted people to only play it once because "in real life you don't get to start over," but it'll definitely be a while before I play it again (or maybe just watch someone else play), because remembering too much would drastically change how you play the game.

Not playing much at the moment, bit of Quake 1 and Peggle Nights in my work downtime.
Still waiting on holidays and No More Heroes 2.
