Can't wait to see TJ smash Cruz. I'l gladly sig bet you on that one sir. Also to echo everyone else's statements it looks as if this will be a decent season of TUF so I will probably tune in for the rest of it for the first time since god knows what season. I'm very intrigued to see how well Ryan Hall does here. For those of you who don't know dude is a bjj ace to say the least but it will be interesting to see how far he gets considering his stand up is a little lackluster.

Made this earlier. It's gotten tons of views so far. Pretty much sums up Nick's testimony at the trial.

So I went to that Bellator / Glory event last night and I must say, there is a big difference between how UFC runs their live shows compared to Bellator. Bellator had music running through the Glory world title fight's introductions in which made it so nobody in the arena could hear them getting introduced. There was 7 more fights AFTER the main event (I left.) Also only the main card fighters got an entrance, the other fighters just walked out together lol.
But a few notes for the actual card: Phil Davis looked like a beast. King Mo looked awesome too, too bad he got hurt but, Liam Mcgeary vs Davis is going to be an awesome fight, although I don't see Mcgeary losing anytime soon.
Also the Fedor news was cool, although I'm disappointed that he wont be fighting in the UFC. Didn't he say he wanted to fight a top 10 fighter? oh well Fedor gonna Fedor I guess.

The ring announcers mic was only coming through the broadcast during the Glory main event. Technical difficulties I guess. McGeary didn't even have that inverted triangle locked in before Tito was tapping. I was expecting another classic Tito excuse after the fight... something like "I severed my brain stem training up in Big Bear." As for Liam, I like him, but Mr. Wonderful is gonna steamroll him easily. Phil Davis looked great, yeah, but he's just come from swimming with sharks. Nobody in Bellator right now is gonna give him any problems. King Mo. Man, I'm not saying he faked an injury so he wouldn't have to fight Davis, but out of the 4 guys in the tourney, King Mo is the only one I'd expect to find a reason not to continue. I knew Fedor wouldn't sign with the UFC anyways, so I'm fine with him joining Bellator & coming back for a big New Year's Eve card in Japan. Just a shame there aren't any interesting fights for him outside of the octagon.

Fedor isn't in Bellator, just a two fight deal with Sakakibara. I could see this being like DREAM 2.0 more than PRIDE 2.0, but I'm excited for Japanese MMA on NYE again.
I wanted to take a road trip to San Jose since I had free tickets offered, but it was totally last minute. Bellator's live events that I've been to (pre-Coker era) were lots of fun. I like the music during introductions and no entrances for prelim fighters. Also love the idea of post-main card fights for west coast/local fans. The vibe was almost like a regional show with better production values.
King Mo I could see legitimately told by doctors he can't compete. I honestly would've put him vs. Davis in the first round along with Newton/Vassell, but I'm not complaining since the tournament was pretty solid. The Tito sub looked suspect, but at the same time, we're talking about a guy who's had neck and back problems. On second viewing, McGeary using his left arm to trap Tito's arm and neck under his left leg seemed to just add pressure on on older, beat up Tito. The guy did have his debut called off with Rampage in 2013 (which I got free tickets to lol).
I hope Bellator does a 155 tournament. Michael Chandler, David Rickels, Josh Thompson, Marcin Held, Melvin Guillard, Ryan Couture, or John Alessio would be good choices.
Also random note, but if anyone didn't notice last night, California changed the standards for a 10-8 round, meaning a guy doesn't need to be close to being finished to get a 10-8 round, just an overwhelming disparity.

WSOF announced they're doing an 8-man tournament to determine the next contender for Gaethje's lightweight title. Also, Gaethje vs Palomino II from Friday night was awesome.
