Okami/Munoz was a bit of a snoozer since most of the fight took place in the sprawl position. Good win for Yushin though, I thought Munoz was gonna be able to put him on his back & pound him out.

Bones looked amazing as usual. Despite the fact that he wasn't going anywhere, I still think Herb Dean should have given Vladi a few more seconds to try get out of the crucifix. I think Bones should get Thiago Silva next, since he had to drop out of his 117 fight with Boetsch.

Former Ultimate Fighting Championship fighter Roger Huerta made his acting debut in the Tekken movie as the character Miguel Caballero Rojo. Rojo's fighting style is brawling — perfect for a street fight. That's exactly what happened over the weekend.

At around 2AM, a dispute broke out in front of a bar in Austin, Texas. A woman dropped to the ground, and Huerta confronted her attacker, saying "You just punched a fucking girl."

It Huerta removed his shirt and hat and then chased after the man. The attacker ended up on the pavement, while Huerta stomped the snot out of him. People tried to help the bloody man, while Huerta left the scuffle unscathed.

According to Huerta's manager, it is in the former UFC fighter's nature to be "very protective of women".

The police have made no arrests and no charges have been pressed.

In the Tekken series, character Miguel Caballero Rojo is avenging the death of his sister. The movie version of Tekken was released in Japan this past spring. It is going straight to DVD in the United Kingdom. It has been screen in the U.S., but not yet officially released.

I don't know - the guy who hit the woman is clearly an awful human being, but are Roger's actions really that much better? The guy's a bloody mess after Roger apparently stomps his head against the asphalt while he's not moving. I don't think you can validate beating a man to a pulp, no matter how despicable he may be.

Awesome night of fights (except for Fitch/Alves).

JDS looked great, even though he seemed to gas a little and/or hurt his hand, he still stayed in control & stayed active. I think I'd like to see him fight Carwin before he gets a shot at the winner of Brock/Cain. Props to "Big Country" for never giving up... needs to work on his defense.

Really surprised Hughes beat Almeida... & with a front headlock choke no less.

Struve/Morecraft was fun & had a great come-from-behind knock out. Can somebody please tell Stefan that he is 6'11" cause he certainly doesn't fight like it.

Rafael dos Anjos' stand-up looked great... too bad he hurt his jaw & got tapped. Good fight. After this fight, I'd love to see Guida/Gomi & dos Anjos/Stout.

Fitch/Alves is what I expected it to be, especially after hearing about the latest chapter in the saga of Thiago's struggles with cutting weight. I hope Fitch doesn't get the next shot at GSP after Kos, cause he didn't show anything tonight that made me think the outcome in a rematch would be any different than the first. Win another fight, then wait in line behind Kos & the winner of Shields/Kampmann.

Anderson Silva vs Chael Sonnen. What a fight! While I didn't think it was impossible for Chael to get Anderson down & keep him there for a round or two, I certainly didn't see him getting him down & holding him there for nearly 5 full rounds. With that said, Anderson seemed content to just lay there & take 20+ minutes of G'n'P & all it did was make him bored. Bring on Vitor! Bring on GSP! Bring on Shogun! Hell, bring on a rematch with Sonnen!
