Machida/Rampage Promo:
Nothing like a good hype promo to get you pumped for a fight.

Sonnen vs. Silva II looks like is going to happen really, really soon.
Lance Pugmire of the Los Angeles Times said that it would either take place on a special New Year's Eve PPV or in February 2011 depending on how Silva's ribs heal up.

I was hoping to see Vitor/Chael to determine the #1 contender, but it seems to me that Vitor is scared of getting layed on for 3 rounds.
Anderson will come in healthy & stop Chael before the championship rounds.

I'm 99.9% sure Randy is gonna whoop on "Looney Tunes" Toney, but that other .1% percent is worried about "The Natural" getting clipped while trying to close the distance. Randy isn't one to just shoot for a double leg from the outside... he gets in close so he can clinch up & push his opponent against the cage, which is enough time for Toney to load up & test Couture's questionable chin. I wish they had put Toney up against someone like (but not necessarily) Brandon Vera who could stand at long range & pick him apart with kicks. After a few stiff leg kicks, I guarantee Toney would quit & never think of stepping foot in a cage again.
Anyway, here's to Randy getting him down & pounding him into submission. WAR CAPTAIN AMERICA!!!

I've got nothing to do on Saturday night, should I go to UFC?

Edgar/Penn II, Couture/Toney, Florian/Maynard, Diaz/Davis... & that's just the PPV. If you've got the money, this would definitely be a great UFC card to attend. Make sure you give us your thoughts afterwards.

Eh, not going. When the cheapest ticket I can get is $150 and my budget is $75, I'll hold off.
I'll just wait till the next Brock fight and fly out to Vegas.

Yeah, that sucks. Their ticket prices are insane.

Joe Lauzon murdered Gabe "Cake & Colonics" Ruediger.... HAW HAW! Way to go, J-Lau!
Nate Diaz looked good in working over Davis. Hopefully he continues to get better & Nick teaches him how to land those "Diaz combos" without getting hit so much on the way out.
Gray Blanket takes Ken-Flo the distance with some slightly improved ground'n'pound. *yawn* Frankie, please tear this human snuggie to shreds!
Couture army crawls halfway across the cage, tickles Toney's pinky toe & he falls flat on his ass!!! HAHAHAHAHA!!! Enjoy that $750,000 mumbles, don't spend it all in one place!
It was oh so much fun watching Frankie work over Cry Baby Penn for 5 rounds! Very few things make me quite as happy as watching BJ whine & cry & talk tons of shit leading up to a fight, then get his ass handed to him. Frankie looked amazing... BJ had nothing for him.

I'm also a romantic for BJ Penn getting his rear handed to him... Just never thought I'd meet somebody who disliked him as much as I do. Nate Diaz is your fucking daddy!

The thing is, I would probably love BJ if he weren't such a cry baby bitch every time he loses. He's got so much talent, but whenever he loses it's never his fault... "Oh GSP greased!" or "Frankie won cause his corner celebrated after the first fight. Frankie wouldn't fight me." He took his mommy to testify at the NSAC hearing after the second GSP fight for christ sake. BJ has no heart. The second he starts losing, he just gives up & starts coming up with excuses. It also doesn't help that he surrounds himself with nuthugging yes-men.
