Warpaint: Just love them to death. The video needs to be seen.
Fools Gold: Crazy ensemble that produce a strong Afrobeat sound that sometimes goes even further east. Also the majority is sung in Hebrew which actually fits perfectly.
Blakroc: Real nice genre mix. Top MC's and the Black Kids bluesy instrumentation.
The Knife: Finally get round to listening after a few years. Real forward thinking and you can see how many current bands have been influenced by them. Only found out that "Heartbeats" was actually their song a week ago. Shame on me.

I've found my copy of "Decomposer" by The Matches recently, and been listening to it nonstop this past week. Then I pick up the latest Alternative Press and see that they apparently broke up this past August. Which really sucks, because i found The Matches probably the second most under-appreciated group in the alternative scene (Right behind Moneen). I really loved the band, and been listening to their music alot lately.

"Stuff we did" by Michael Giacchino.
If this doesn't get used in a Miracle Violence Connection tribute, I may have to do it myself.

I did think about doing one recently since I have some footage of their feud in UWF Mid-South. But that song....go ahead. Not frantic enough for me

"I'm Gonna Stay With You"- Joe Saddic
I still love the fact that my friend's dad put out 80's pop songs.
