Jericho continues to be one of the best dudes around. Chavo too. Them being the only two to be by David's side through all of this. And the stuff with David and Sandra tugged at the heart strings a bit, nice for them to have some kind of closure.
Next week is New Jack! Let's go!

Leave it to New Jack to have his episode manage to reflect more poorly on the business than the Benoit story. Yet somehow when he starts telling his own stories, it's still really hard to hate the guy. Some of those Smokey Mountain promos are pretty damn hilarious, too.
Brawl for All should have some fun stories. Just hope it doesn't turn into another pathetic Cornette vs Russo pissing contest like the Screwjob episode.

This episode might be up there with Bruiser Brody for me. Different kinds of uncomfortable from the Benoit episode, but it still made me squirm as we went on to each match. I knew Mass Transit and Vic Grimes would get covered, but I was not expecting nor hoping to relive Gypsy Joe. That shit was brutal. As was the final match with Hunter Red. WTF. Not a Cornette fan by any means, but he came off better than he usual does considering this is the type of shit he loathes. Or maybe he's wise enough to not speak ill of New Jack. Sandman had me cracking up each time. New Jack comes off as a reasonable dude, don't come at him with some stupid, disrespectful shit and he'll let you live.

First off, yes. 2020 has been a really shit sandwich of a year not even half way in with the CoronaVirus closing down the majority of our lives and things we enjoy to do ie. Pro Wrestling. People have been fired/laid-off, businesses like NJPW and ROH have cancelled shows, and WWE has had shows in an empty performance center. Stuff sucks right now. But, I have tried to be optimistic on different aspects for looking to the future. My question to everyone and something to think about is:
Could the end of this pandemic and a slight progression to get back into a "somewhat" normal day-to-day living arrangement help with a new boom in pro-wrestling?
I ask this because I've watched and listen to different people like Deadlock, WhatCulture and Wrestling with Wregret, talking about how once events can happen again, there will be lots of people who want to experience live shows and entertainment, so a flock to wrestling shows could see a big boom there, along with the amount of workers beefing laid off going back to the Indies like Gallows and Anderson, Rusev, Mike Bennett/Maria, Rockstar Spud, The Major Brothers, etc.
Yes, obviously, that point is a long way away, but does anyone else believe that wrestling could have a beneficial boom and have a slight to major increase in popularity once the reign of terror of COVID-19 has subsided?

I would stop watching What Culture if I was you. The stuff they post is garbage. Like what is this, lol. It is hard to predict what the wrestling world will be like as we won’t even know when all this will end. With WWE being the only promotion running and still dropping viewers, with everything that has happened with black wednesday, I can easily see them going downhill for quite a bit. Just gotta wait for it to happen, I am sure when the time comes wrestling will just get better imo.

Just when you think pro wrestling could get any stranger: enter Herb Abrams. I gotta get my hands on some old UWF shows.
