Durty530
Induction by Rev
Personally, the 5th Anniversary Show marked the end of an era. Talented and notable editors that once held this place down would compete in what would be their final match, at least as a competition regular, stepping aside to let a newer class of editors take the reigns. While many were given a chance, the majority just could not fill the void left by their predecessors. But of the very limited and select few that came close, there was one that not only filled that void but raised the bar even higher. His name is Durty530.
Durty530 made his debut at Lethal Lottery 2, and made a statement by beating an MVZ veteran. Since then, he built up a crazy winning streak that eventually led him to capture the World Title here. He defended that belt numerous times so much so that there was nothing left to do but retire as champ. He also left his mark in the Sports Division, becoming the first ever Copa de Daniels winner and even notching a victory over Ltownbob. He was a Tag Team Champion with his GMG partner CagedVenom. His editing ability is unmatched and the videos he's created are nothing short of classics, utilizing precise synchronicity, jaw-dropping visual effects, and captivating subject matters. So much so that his style has been duplicated by many of the latest crop of editors. There is no doubt in my mind that Durty530 has been the MVP of the MVZ for the last year, and he's certainly earned his spot on the Mount Rushmore of the site. And I want to thank Durt for showing me pre and pre of his videos, and for inspiring me to be a better video editor.
Now it I could step out of my MVZ booker shoes, and slide into my size eleven KLIQ Yeezys, Durt's been my favorite person on the site for a while. Yeah yeah, no doubt Durty's editing is dope, but he's added so much more to the community. He's not afraid to say whats on his mind, even if it goes against everyone else. And a lot of the times, its in a dickish manner that always cracks me up. Like last year when everyone was shitting on the WWE and Roman Reigns, he was the only person trying to defend it cause really, it wasn't even that bad. And ain't no doubt about it, Durty530 is the Gif King around here. When someone says something stupid, I look forward to what new gif Durty replies with cause you know its gunna be good. The back and forths he would have with people would be the most entertaining thing ever, like when he called out Bob in his video, but ended up losing to Greg in that same match. Haha, sorry homie.
Then there's the countless MVZ Kliq stories we've had with the other dudes. I know we throw this whole MVZ Kliq thing around so many times, and its nots to separate us from the rest of the community. Really, were just a couple of dudes on AIM shooting the shit and making each other laugh. All the shoops, all the AIMVZ's, all the trolling, all good times and great memories. And it's cool that I can count on Durty to be on AIM when I got something to share or rant about. I can always count on Durt to hook me up with dope music, whether it be some Lana-type shit or some hood-type shit. And there are so many things I could say about Durt, that I cant think of at the moment. Shout outs to Ron Stowman.
So with that, it is my honor to induct former MVZ World Champion, former MVZ Tag Champion, the first ever Copa de Daniels Holder, fellow MVZ Kliq member, and my friend Durty530 to the MVZ Hall of Fame Class of 2015.
