I thought the show was nothing special, but not nearly as bad as some of you are making it out to be. The tag team survivor match was actually my favorite. New Day getting eliminated so early was the rare "shocking twist" on a WWE show that actually worked. And you got to see American Alpha and Cesaro all being awesome in the same match. Can't see anything wrong with that. The men's survivor match was just decent for me. Some great moments here and there, but it dragged on way too long. And Roman vs Wyatts was probably the worst possible end scenario they could've booked (for my own personal interest, at least). As for the main event, I don't give a shit about either guy, so I was just glad they kept it short. Same here. I enjoyed the show for the most part with the Tag Team Survivor Series match being my favorite of the night. Say what you will about the Usos, they brought their "A" game last night and deserve a lot of praise for that. The Raw vs Smackdown match did go on too long, but considering they wanted to really drum up that this was a big deal, it made sense it went as long as it did. Yeah, I don't know why Roman was the last member of the Raw team either, especially since Owens was just DQ'd for no real reason. Why didn't Seth & Roman DQ'd when they put Styles through the table? Was the ref knocked out or something because I honestly don't remember. Seeing StrowMAN throw Ellsworth off the stage onto the table on the ground was pretty cool, though. It was funny; my brother came into the room right when the main event was on and he blurted out: "Wouldn't it be funny if it was an actual Goldberg match and he hits a spear and a jackhammer and he pins Brock". I thought what an idiot, it can't end like that because I have been trained as a WWE viewer that both wrestlers have to hit multiple finishers in order to win a match of this caliber. And then it happened. I laughed. Truthfully, Brock was getting stale. His matches were becoming monotonous and something really needed to change. There is an argument that it should have been someone younger that got a win like this over him, but either way, it was memorable and with Goldberg signed on for more matches, it makes sense.

With the network basically nullifying PPV, I really wish they would move the Survivor Series back to Thanksgiving day. It would be unique and a lot of fun to watch a Thursday PPV while in a turkey-induced semi-coma.

not a fan of the way they're playing hot potato with the women's title right now, especially when it's always from Raw to the next PPV. PPV to PPV isn't good either but at least a bit better. After HIAC things should have stayed the way they were, with Charlotte being the dominant heel champion until some babyface can take it off of her at Mania (most likely bayley).

I swear they are trying to get Charlotte to like 16 title reigns. Idk what they're doing but it's really annoying.

To add to that, I'm sick of Sasha Banks vs. Charlotte "FLAIR". This isn't a "Women's revolution", it's a 2 Woman Revolution and a marketing ploy. The revolution was in NXT and it was done through WRESTLING naturally, not forced down our throats.

Yet, this is all Vince would do to solve the problem, seems That if you want to be big in WWE, you have to be related to one of Triple H's friends or related to a celebrity....

Anytime the phrase "women's revolution" is said, I want to run head first into my TV set as hard as I can.
Am I the only one who thinks this phrase and branding is so condescending to the performers, and women as a whole?

205 Live was alright. It provided a pretty awesome main event. Whoever had the idea of kicking off the first ever show with a Bollywood Boys match should probably be relieved of their duties. Some of the promos were pretty cringy as well.
They really need a better roster in my opinion. They range from great (Metalik, Gallagher, Cedric, etc) to little more than a glorified backyarder (Ho Ho Lun). I am excited at the prospect of Aries being in the division though. Neville needs moved over here. When he's healthy, Itami belongs here as well. A few more big name pickups would really help make this division shine. I'm looking at you Ricochet and Ibushi.
