How do you do these multiple screen effects etc, I know how to In After Effects but not so much in Sony Vegas and I wanna learn how to on Sony Vegas so it's easier to hit beats etc. An example is in this video.

In that video it was multiple layers stacked on top of each other and used the cookie cutter effect (I think that's what it is in sony vegas. Didn't know people still used that program tbh.)
In adobe premiere it's the crop effect.

Thanks, I have had problems with Premiere being more slow than vegas on my laptop I use to revise as I sold the my Mac to get a new PS4 so I'm using Vegas where I find it easier to use and get the basics right. I don't see this used a lot in newer videos but see it in a lot of the older videos so I thought it would be something cool to try out, cheers though durt. I shall try playing around with it.
