is having 7 IC title reigns something to be proud of or is it just a way of saying "you're a good midcarder and we'd like to keep it that way"

Cesaro and Sheamus are great.

Also, the fact that Jinder Mahal and the WWE title never close out the show is not helping establish him as a champion ...

Jinder is literally in the same spot as Jack Swagger was when they put the belt on him. Oddly enough he's feuding with the same person.
Honestly I think WWE's main roster has been wildly boring the past month or so, maybe longer. I'm tired of seeing the same guys in the same matches with the shows being structured the same every week. I guess I'm a little interested in Brock/Joe but knowing that its a one and done and knowing that there is no chance that Joe wins kills it a bit for me.
Luckily New Japan and the indies are doing well right now.

Brock/Joe and the Fashion Police are the only things I pay attention to WWE-wise. Thank God Braun'll be back soon though.

Speaking of Brock vs Joe, am I the only one who's annoyed that they decided to book this long awaited dream match on a show called "Great Balls of Fire?" I mean, think about it. For the better part of fifteen years wrestling fans around the world have speculated about what would happen if these two badass behemoths ever squared off. What destruction would they inflict on each other? What devastation would they leave in their wake? And this dumbass company ruins it by putting it on a show that you can't even take seriously because it has the dumbest name in the history of dumb wrestling event names. Remember that this is the company that beats all their brand names into their consumers' heads with all the subtlety of a sledgehammer to the face. That means we get a month's worth of promos featuring the words "Great Balls of Fire" repeated ad nauseam. Not to mention a month's worth of video packages and graphics featuring that damn logo with the two flaming testicles on it. The only one who escapes with any dignity intact is Brock, and that's only because he just doesn't talk. Not even Samoa Joe can still sound like a killer saying "I'm gonna choke you out at Great Balls of Fire."

Really don't see why WWE aren't using him.

"Great Balls of Fire" has to be one of the most glaring signs of just how out of touch Vince McMahon is I've ever seen. That song is over 50 years old. I wish somebody would've grown some balls & told that old coot that's a stupid name for PPV. With that said, no matter how ridiculous that name is & regardless of the outcome, I'm still pumped for Brock vs Joe.

It'll all make sense when Joe throws a fireball at Brock.

"Women's Revolution" means needing a man to climb and get the briefcase in the first ever women's MITB match. I see this backfiring big time.

That PPV represented why I'm so tuned out of pro wrestling at the moment.

"Women's Revolution" means needing a man to climb and get the briefcase in the first ever women's MITB match. I see this backfiring big time. I get that the ending isn't very woman empowering but then again, the difference wasn't that James is a man and Carmella isn't but moreso that Carmella just wrestled in a ladder match and Ellsworth was still fresh. I wouldn't get too offended by that as it's something they could have done with men and nobody would have cared. Besides, there will be another women's MITB, and someone will win it clean but for now, I think it made sense to build on that Carmella/Ellsworth story
