I'm late, but oh well... RAW sucked ass. Everything was boring & predictable. I couldn't get into the Cena/Nexus stuff at all. You could see every little twist & turn coming from a mile away & none of it was interesting at all. Predictability isn't always a bad thing imo. I can see how you would find the storyline uninteresting but to me, Raw told a great story throughout the night. I don't really mind the Sheamus/Danielson thing since they are trying to build Sheamus as this monster and since he had to lose the Battle Royal, destroying the US Champion is a good way to build him up. Yeah, it stinks that it was Bryan who got beat but I'm pretty sure if someone like Kofi was still the US Champion it wouldn't have mattered to anyone. SD was alright, nothing really special happened. Mysterio and Del Rio had a good tv match but that was pretty much the only good thing that happened. I'm not happy about Big Show being the SD team captain but with no other babyfaces on SD to go up against Miz's team I guess it makes sense.

I agree predictability isn't always a bad thing, but in this case, it was. It just felt poorly executed & boring to me.
Sheamus killing Danielson was unnecessary. It didn't help either guy & it added nothing to the show.
SmackDown was ok. Mysterio/Del Rio was good. It was weird to see Rey completely dominate for half the match & win. Are they over Del Rio already?

To hell they are over Del Rio bro! They just want a grudge match later at a PPV (or so I hope).
I feel the same about RAW, I think it really worked 'cause they had people literally eating off their hands. I think the angle with Cena and Nexus, while predictable (sooner or later Cena winning and turning all of Nexus against each other), feels new, because for an extended period of time we're watching Cena take a backseat and be really vulnerable.
I wanna see who's on each team on Bragging Rights, anybody else looking forward to this?

Sheamus killing Danielson was unnecessary. It didn't help either guy & it added nothing to the show. It didn't help Danielson much but it did help Sheamus. After losing cleanly at Hell in a Cell and since he wasn't winning the battle royal later, he needed something to make him look credible in the main event scene. I'm not as excited as you for Bragging Rights, after what happened last year I think its pretty much not going to mean anything again.

Nobody was thinking "Sheamus isn't a credible main eventer anymore cause he lost to Randy Orton! Oh wait, he just squashed Daniel Bryan, this guy is the real deal!"

Gotta go with Vyper on this one.
For one thing, Bryan isn't really intimidating. At all. He's been jobbed the past few months, getting beat down by Miz left and right, while barely managing to keep the US title. His entrance contains an opera tune and side-jogging to the ring with his finger in the air. I'm a fan of him, but the fanbase isn't eating his gimmick up, so I doubt they saw Sheamus any better after it.
And whether it's Bryan or Kofi, burying your champion like that isn't the way to go. They could've done something, like have Sheamus demolish a tag team in a 2-on-1 match. By using a weapon.

Bryan won't really take off until he turns heel. Right now he's still a good wrestler, but he's somewhat bland and annoying. Once he gets back to finger bending, nose raking, not breaking unti 5, he'll be in good shape. It's like CM Punk.

It seemed like they were in the midst of having a little mini-resurgence of the tag team division recently, what with them unifying the titles, new belts, bringing up the Uso's, Dudebusters & Hawkins/Acher tearing shit up on Superstars. Now they're breaking up the Hart Dynasty, just broke up a kickass team in Hawkins & Archer, Dudebusters being turned into goofy babyfaces & used as fodder in a Big Show/midget segment, & putting the titles on a boring thrown together team in Rhodes/McIntyre.

I'm on my iPod, so double quoting will take a while. Vyper, I don't know about McIntyre, but Rhodes' new gimmick has been hot in the IWC. Well, at least on YouTube. I've seen more MVs for his new gimmick on YouTube than I have for a single wrestler for a while.

Meh, the "Dashing" gimmick does nothing for me, but that's not my problem. I like Cody, it's just that I think it was the wrong move to push him right back into another tag team. That's all he's done in WWE... Holly to DiBiase to McIntyre. Not a whole lot of upward momentum for the son of the son of a plumber. They'll probably pair him up with Ziggler next.

You mean to tell me he would have had the same heat if he had a competitive match with Bryan than if he would have squashed him. Yes, I don't agree that it was right for Bryan to get squashed but I feel Sheamus needed to squash someone.

I don't think he needed to be facing Danielson, period.

So I hope this means Bourne comes back in a feud against Punk. Bryan's new tights are great, I love those colors. I thought they put over Otunga big tonight, as the possible guy who escapes Nexus.

That was one helluva RAW! With the exception of R-Truth "rapping" & Eve "dancing," Santino/Ryder, & the diva segment, I enjoyed almost every minute.
Truth vs DiBiase was a decent little match.
Morrison vs Kidd was a great little match.
Orton vs Gabriel was good. It was hilarious to see Justin jump out way too far for the 450 & still land on Randy. I'm surprised Randy didn't flip out & go on another "STUPID! STUPID! STUPID!" tirade... it sure looked like he wanted to.
Sheamus vs Danielson was awesome. Bryan looked like a fuckin' star. Totally made up for last week. And I'm with benjamin, his ring gear is the shit.
Punk ragdolling Bourne around the place was f'n sweet. "Nothing Personal!" So glad Punk is back on RAW. Hopefully they come up with something good for him.
Miz vs Cena was a great main event & I loved Barrett humiliating Cena after the match. The Cena/Nexus angle was sooooooo much more entertaining tonight than it was last week.
It's always nice when every match has a purpose like tonight with all the Team RAW qualifiers.

I thought it was HILARIOUS when they aired the replay and showed Orton looking at it with a "Fucking asshole I'm gonna get you fired" grin on his face.
