Here's one that I've been thinking of a lot lately:
Such simple words, and yet so perfect for the moment. To me, it's the most memorable part of "Fargo" and the scene that elevates the movie to being one of the greatest ever made.
And a new one that I've just seen recently:

A couple scenes I'm surprised haven't been posted sooner:
Blues Brothers - "This mall's got everything..."
Animal House - Bluto's speech

I can't find this clip on YouTube, but it's from The Big Lebowski. The Dude is at Maude's house (the scene where he finds the Nihilists' album) and some random guy is laughing. The Dude is all like "Who the fuck are you?", " Who the fuck is this guy!?". it gets me every time.

I just watched Samuel Fuller's "Shock Corridor" last night. It features one scene that is as good a piece of satire as I've ever seen.
I love how the performances and the editing work together perfectly to allow the scene to progress from crazy-funny to crazy-scary quite effortlessly.

This thread needs to come back to life.
Best scene from Jaws, and one of the all time great movie monologues.
The sound quality is pretty bad, but it's the best I could find.

In keeping with my Project[Cinema] 5 selection...
...and keeping with the Ethan Hawke / 90's nostalgia...

Ahh, "Before Sunrise," still the best of the "Before" trilogy in my estimation.
And as long as we're posting scenes from our Project Cinema 5 subjects...
And I'll throw this little clip in there as well just because I think "Broadcast News" is one of the best American movies ever made.
