How the heck do ya do the whole static-twitch-tv simulator-thing ?? ive never been able to figure it out.

You've been editing how long? And you don't know what twitch is? LOL annnnyway, All the effects you're looking for are all plugins in adobe products. Premiere and After Effects. Twitch, is quite possibly the most overused plugin. Peanut likes twitch. The flashing, is also twitch, just with the light settings. And for the simulator you're looking for. I forgot the name, but it's also a plugin. I believe it's called saphire, not sure though.

lol it takes me a while to move up in programs. Just now getting to after effects after 6 or years lmao. but thanks ill look into those.

Yeah twitch is practically the easiest way to "make something look cool." All you really need to do is drag+drop and minimally mess with the settings and it'll look alright.

Make sure to use Blockbuster when you do the TV effect to make it look even better
