So i'm not quite sure what the issue is, but im having a problem with Twixtor in Premiere. I know there is a simpler way, so maybe you guys can help me? Basically, i apply twixtor to a clip and the clip goes back to something else within the file. For example if i put it on say .. an F5 from back lesnar, it will show up as his entrance. I have to extend the file and find the spot i had it at before. This is frustrating and very inefficient. Here are some examples: Here is the clip i want to use Now here is the effect, but at 100% (Basically nothing has changed) And now here i adjust it to a slower rate, and it jumps back So basically, i get that it's being applied to the entire clip, and thats why it's jumped back. But how do i work around that and apply it only to the segment i have on my timeline? Also, i've tried to take the clip, make it into another sequence, then add the sequence into my original time line and apply it from there. No luck. All i get is this: So yeah .. help me

You have to right click -> 'Nest' the clip before applying Twixtor to it in Premiere so you really just have that clip or it will jump to a part more in the beginning because, well it's slower so it's not quite there yet regardless of where you're cutting it off lol.

Did you pre-render the twixtored part? If yes that might been the cause, if not that there's probably another effect interfering with it.

I normally create a sub-clipped version of the clip I want to use Twixtor on, so it doesn't jump forward and it removes all the issues I have. Hope it helps.
