The solution last time, if I recall, was to delete the site and rebuild it from scratch. I don't know that anybody is willing to do that again, especially given that, at this rate, it will be infected in a year's time.
Does anyone have any idea how this could have happened? Could it have to do with an administrator accessing the server with an already infected PC? How have we been so vulnerable to these problems?

Whoever built the site needs to email someone the html files and be reuploaded to the server by someone else.

I think beej built the site, but he's not around much anymore.
I'm pretty sure that we're using wordpress.org. At this point, it might be a better idea to start a wordpress.com account and use the server for hosting videos and nothing else.

I really hope that the main page is salvageable. If this keeps on happening would it be better to simply move away from wordpress? I still think that someone needs to find out the reason why it''s suddenly become infected again though, since this is the only wordpress page I've seen infected.

I haven't been using the main page or server in quite some time.
Last time, the solution really boiled down to me moving every folder on the server one by one to my computer to see what would trigger my anti-virus. All the old board files and main page files were infected.
Flammy posted something in another thread saying that two of the files under the root/beej folder were infected. Try wiping out that folder and see if Chrome/IE throws any alerts (Firefox will continue to until you appeal the alert and they verify that everything is okay now).

I deleted the files Flammy said were infecting him. My chrome isn't getting any alerts for the forum anymore, but does it still show up for you guys who use chrome?
Main site is still affected though, and I can't even get anything when I proceed.

The site is still down for me on Firefox, but it works on Chrome.
This note from Firefox seems to suggest that the problem isn't as isolated as a single folder, though. Not that I know anything about this kind of thing.
