Want your MV archived?

We're once again undergoing the lengthy process of archiving videos. We want to archive as much as possible, and for this to go quickly and smoothly, it would be a huge help if editors would provide information for each of their videos.

For each video you have on the server, please provide the following:

It would also be an enormous help if you could provide screenshots for each of your videos. Please crop them to 550 x 185 pixels if you can.

NOTE: If you've provided information in the previous thread regarding this, you're good to go. An up-to-date rundown of your work and resized screenshots would be a big help.

Just curious why do we need the screen shots cropped down? If they will be for the website then we will want them normal size. The way it will be set up it will automatically crop the thumbnails. Not sure if that is what u need them for though.

It's not a huge deal. They can be thumbnailed. Cropping them will reduce file sizes considerably. I only care that they are uniformly sized.
