Whenever I slow down clips in Premiere the selection looks choppy. Is there any way to fix this?

Whenever I slow down clips in Premiere the selection looks choppy. Is there any way to fix this? Dont believe STS his slow-mos are the must choppiest thing ive seen in my life(no disrespect). Twixtor can be choppy as well only problem is how much amount you using it.

Twixtor can be choppy as well only problem is how much amount you using it. It is because I used it in a bad way, twixtor can be good, it just depends how you use it, twixtor is the only good thing to you for fast forwarding/slo-mo.

Try extending the transition length between one speed to another. If you make the transition between the speeds to short, it will look more choppy where as if you extend the length, it should look smoother!
