I watch my videos repeatedly and I think the syncing and flowing is good. Do you guys know how I can be more attentive to syncing and flow or what your strategy's to look for this stuff? Thanks.

Personally, when I wanted to learn something in my early days I would find an editor who was good someone who can do everything you want to do and try to emulate them not the best idea for comps due to the derivative nature of it but it can help you learn what you need to improve your own style in a comp edit, keep it simple don't go for anything too crazy when you're learning it just defies the purpose you end up mad it's not like (insert editor of choice here) ,also marking the beats can help a lot in my experience if you use vegas just press m and it puts a mark wherever you're at on the timeline and generally harder beats are a better choice for impacting on moves so say you have a song where the beat is relatively simple soft beat then hard beat soft beat then hard beat you would start your scene on the softer beat and impact on the hard one I hope this helps that's all I could think of atm hope it helps at least a little

Looking back at it now, when I started off I wasn't really good at syncing but my flow was alright. I think you should work on one thing first and as you feel like you mastered that one thing you should move on to the next or challenge yourself and work on both.
