I agree with Vyper, the song, while powerful and accurate message wise (We are one and stuff...), does absolutely nothing for me.
I think a big part of this being a good RAW, is the lack of a guest host, as most of the time they spent a considerable part of the show building them up, and sucking up to them.
As for team Cena vs. Nexus, I think it suits Summerslam, and gives us a breather from Cena in the title picture, but again, I agree with Vyper, Bret was a nice surprise but the man can't wrestle no more.
Khali can't wrestle either, and Truth is just plain boring to me, Bourne should have been there, and I would have taken Yoshi Tatsu over Truth any day, since the Nexus actually messed with him.
Anyone else thinks, whether it was factible or not, that this match was a perfect opportunity to bring Danielson back as the big babyface? I do.

I forgot about Yoshi... even though I don't care for him, he'd have made more sense than Khali or Truth, since Nexus actually attacked him last week.
If they had brought Danielson in, that would've been freakin' epic!

"Slip & fall, Oh Yeah!" Thank you, mysterious fan! And thank you to the entire crowd who booed that giant tool bag!
They really need to stop doing those video packages where the pro's point out all of the rookie's flaws. When's the last time anyone got over while their shortcomings were being discussed on air by wrestlers out of character?

Watching the obstacle course made me laugh, especially when Cottonwood did it. I'm glad McGillicutty has immunity next week but ........McGillibuddies? Really? That's horrible.

Cottonwood is ridiculous. I've never seen anyone of his size who is incapable of carrying themselves like a wrestler, let alone a monster. How he got a spot on the show is beyond me.

He's the White Khali.

Atleast Khali looks impressive. Cottonwood is the least intimidating big man there's ever been.
Tall, lanky, terrible promos, minimal athletic ability... might as well have me on NXT!

I thought it was hilarious when Cole & Matthews starting hyping his basketball credentials... then he fell on his ass a couple times trying to clear the wall obstacles. I think it had something to do with his lack of a mustache.

So, they give away the masked man's unmasking for no reason in a throwaway match...I guess its about time though. I hope they do something with Mercury now that he's unmasked instead of him just being a lackey.

I really hope he isn't Taker's attacker. I haven't watched WWE in months, and when my friend told me about it, even I knew he was going to be the attacker.

I'm not happy about Kane being the attacker either but the angle is pretty much build up for that. Would be surprising if they do something different but I don't see it.

I don't mind Kane being the attacker. He's always been a good big man, loyal to the company, but rarely been given the chance to be anything more than a title challenger. He's more than deserving of the top spot on the B-show while Taker recovers from Rey sitting on his face.
And I don't think any of the heels on SmackDown not named CM Punk are quite ready for an Undertaker-sized bump yet.

...while Taker recovers from Rey sitting on his face. This sir, has made me a very happy man. While I agree with you on the Kane thing, I would hate for Kane to be the attacker, if just for the fact that everybody knows that's where this is heading. What I would like would be for the attacker to be Punk, or the whole SES, and to Kane and Taker to share the spotlight against them, therefore not only not burying Kane, but also, helping bring some member of the SES to the upper card, maybe into the IC Title picture. Then Taker could go heel for a change, but that's just me having a wet dream.
