I won't lie, I got pretty pumped when the news started to roll in. Although, it doesn't really tell us much, it does tell us it's been more thought out than the PSP has ever been.
The games are there, the hardware is there, it's just all about everything coming together. My guess for the price $300. The lowest I can think would be $250, but the original PSP debuted at $300 so I'm thinking it's going to be the same, if not more considering the graphical power that this beast apparently has.
Props to you Atom to post this so late, I was just gonna do it in the morning and just have a big ass picture of the NGP and say PSP2~!

No problem. I was on the GaiaOnline forums, and there's a big talk about this, so I decided to share. They mentioned rumors for pricing being around $400, and I don't doubt it. It's basically a handheld PS3.

That price point would probably make the most sense, I'm just a cheapskate ;D
While the potential $400 price point is still alot, if the launch library is strong and it justifies that price, then people might not complain about it as much.
I find it funny that I didn't hear anything about the Sony phone that has the PSP support built in. I think that's a waste of time considering people can just save and get this or a better phone. Heck, Android phones will be able to play some "certified" PSP games soon.
