Terrible career choice for Drew.
When he was released, he did an interview with Alvarez and Meltzer stating his ultimate goal is to get back to WWE. Nowadays, TNA is not the way to do that.

As much as I loved Drew and thought he deserved better, his impact (no pun intended) on the wrestling biz is hardly that of Buh Buh Ray / Bubba Ray / Bully Ray's.

"Former WWE Superstar Drew McIntyre (Drew Galloway) made his TNA debut at tonight's Impact Wrestling tapings in Glasgow, Scotland. After the main event of Al Snow vs. Grado from British Bootcamp, The BDC came out and attacked Grado. This led to Galloway coming out to a huge pop and making the save for Grado. The debut should air on the February 20th Impact episode." Fuck, I was going to watch that tonight

Samoa Joe finally asked for his release from TNA, or they mutually agreed or whatever. So many great match-ups for him in the indies, as well as in I assume NJPW. Maybe he'll end up in Stamford, though that'll be bittersweet cause we'll never get a Punk-Joe Mania like I've dreamed.

I know this has been said like every year since 2009 or something, but I think 2015 will finally mark the demise of TNA.

Destination America has cancelled Impact. Just reading it in the Observer right now. Wow.

Destination America has cancelled Impact. Just reading it in the Observer right now. Wow. This has to be the end of the line. When a small-time station like Destination America cancels you, there's no chance of getting a decent television deal. At least not one that can cover your costs of running, let alone turn a profit.

DA couldn't afford TNA considering what they wanted from them. Really isn't a surprise, but really isn't looking good for TNA now.

This TNA saga is brilliantly hilarious. They announced today that ROH will begin airing on Destination America starting June 3rd, right before Impact.
Nothing quite like lining up your replacement months before you're scheduled to get the boot.
