 Yes! A heavyweight champion that will defend the title more than once every 3 years! It turned out to be a great fight. Werdum tooled Cain up on the feet. Bring on JDS! Alvarez vs Melendez was such a let down. I'm glad Eddie won though. |

Amazing fight by Werdum. I had him winning and I'm glad he did, now we'll get a fighting champion.
Cain should get Arlovski or Stipe next.
I was pretty disappointed in Melendez, I wanted him to wreck Alvarez after that 1st round elbow.

Rumor Alert: Andrei Arlovski will fight Werdum next for the HW Championship (event TBD). Apparently Arlovski was informed today.
if this is true, I'm super happy and pumped and 1000% think it's the right move.

It's the easiest fight to sell, at this point, and given how both fighters have looked lately.
I guess Cain gets Stipe, and JDS gets Browne, or either of them gets Overeem.

I hate everyone in that tournament lol, on paper it sounds awesome but when you really look at the possible match ups its a 1 night snooze fest.
Also Tito is going to seriously get fucked up.
