So, today I went had my first phone call therapy meeting went okay Glad it went well! I'm having my first phone call therapy meeting tomorrow. It'll actually be the first time I'm ever in a therapy session, which I'm not gonna lie but I'm kinda nervous about it lol. My anxiety has gotten worse and I've been having frequent panic attacks in the past year, so I'm hoping therapy helps.

Here's how my lifes been since the pandemic.
I joined the navy November 2019. March 10th 2020 I got an injury in my leg which left me out of the Navy for approximately 11 months with 2 days after being out going into this pandemic (Worst timing possible). I would like to say that in the time I was in the navy before the injury my fitness got really good and I feel it was the curve to me really growing into an adult. It was the first thing I managed to give my all into and pushed me to the maximum limit. Which is pretty much a recap of what built me into the pandemic. When the pandemic hit it was bad for me and I didnt even realise until we was further in, I was sat down every day for 8 months just fully focused on editing and my laptop which I feel helped me get through the pandemic as I was sat at home getting paid, couldn't really walk around due to my leg and I didnt have a lot more to do apart from edit and watch wrestling. Though editing for me is a way just to enjoy myself in my free time and escape from the real world and it was really fun. Though I was feeling down a lot where it got too much and I really wanted to be back at work and I was having many breakdowns and feeling terrible midway through 2020. Once September hit I started my process to get my leg working again and started working out a bit though I was limited to what I could do and the amount I was meant to use my leg was very limited. Come December I had became really fit and felt a lot better about myself in general. I went back into the navy February tho because of this lockdown I am only in a few times a week, I'm currently am back in training 4 days a week and slowly getting further into my career.

Met a really, really sweet guy the other week and went out on a date for the first time in months. We drove around for a few hours and just talked about life, got some lunch, and overall it was a fun experience. Life's going pretty well, and I'm getting ready to start a new job here soon. Can't complain at all.
